I've purchased a 2022 Tundra and a 2024 Tundra from two different local Dealerships. I have to say Temecula Valley Toyota wins hands down!! People and Business's aren't perfect but when we fall short it's how we respond. For a So-Cal Toyota purchase Temecula Valley Toyota is well worth a visit. Ask for Efran he's a notch above sales guy. Also my personal interactions with Ryan the general manger was a step above expectations. Hit this place up if you're in the market for a new or used Toyota.

Brandon was my sales representative and he absolutely did everything he could to help find a reasonable price for my new 2024 Tacoma. I let him know exactly my situation and his calm demeanor and professional approach towards finding the right vehicle was nothing short of perfect. I will refer Brandon to everyone every single time because he will tell it how it is and be completely transparent with you. I've owned three vehicles in my lifetime and I dealt with a lot of sales representatives and he is by far the best sales representative I worked with. very easy to work with, very easy to talk to, definitely your local representative that you would want to work with.

If we could give 10 our ot 10 I would. We purchased a used 2018 Honda Accord that we came across on Car Guru. After inquiring, we were contacted by Brandon Hernandez to come see the vehicle. When we got to our appointment and before we could even start walking into the dealer, a female sales associate (Entela) walked up, very helpful. We told her we were there for Brandon. She took my 5 year old by the hand and took us right to him. This made us very comfortable with the hospitality displayed by its associates. When meeting Brandon for the first time, he went out if his was to get our 3 small ones pop corn and waters all the way around. He made our purchase easy and smooth, walking us through the process. Even working with us on the price of the vehicle, keeping us where we wanted to be price wise. The dealer itself, I feel, was very fair and flexible with the price. They even through in a couple of Toyota hats at our request. Once the deal was made, we headed to finance and met with Reggie. He was very welcoming and helpful as well. Explained everything we were signing. Also, a veteran!! If you get the chance, thank this Marine for his service to our great country. This dealership has earned my business, and I highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase. They do go above and beyond here. THANK YOU, TEMECULA VALLEY TOYOTA! I had been in the market for a Highlander for what seemed like forever. With a baby on the way (literally 3 weeks before due date) and many failed attempts to purchase such a specific model, I decided my last hope would be Temecula. Upon my arrival, my mom and I were met with Zach (not the original person I spoke with) and he took the search on without hesitation, was able to find the exact model and we sealed the deal! It was an upmost pleasure to work with Zach, his personality was very calm, enjoyable and best...he doesn't push the sale like many do. Coming from the auto finance world, it was refreshing to meet with Zach who knew to sell what was needed and accommodate in an appropriate manor. He then led us to his right hand man, Cole. Cole was also the best to work with and smoothly ended the experience. All in all, I would come back for any future purchase. Especially with Zach and Cole. This was literally the easiest dealership experience I have had. Thank you, again Gentlemen!
